Questions About the Online Order Form Wizard

Why should I use this online order form?
We designed this form to make it easier for you to learn about the available DVD products and features, which are not always easy to show you at the photo counter. This step-by-step form will also give you estimated pricing.

This form has been designed to save you time when ordering at the photo counter. Now it's as simple as dropping off your printed form with your media.

What if I have several DVD orders?
You must create your DVD orders separately. For example, if you have 2 tapes and want to transfer each to a different DVD, then you must follow the steps to create and order for the first tape, and then follow the steps again to create a new order for the second tape.

Do I pay for this order on this website?
No, the online order form wizard is only for preparing your order. Just like with regular DVD orders, you will pay at the store.

What if I have to cancel this order?
It is ok to cancel your order at any time. The order is not "created" until you click on the "Yes, create my order form now!" button on the Order Summary page. You can "cancel" by simply closing your browser window or navigating to a new web page.

What happens if I don't ever take this order to the store?
Even if you create a DVD order using the online order form wizard, you are not required to submit it to the store. The order will never enter our order management system.

What if my form does not match the materials I submitted?
The pricing shown on the online order form wizard is only an estimate. We will check all the contents of the order and adjust the form and the pricing if necessary.

What happens if I take this order to a store other than the one that I chose on the form?
If you take it to a different location from the same retailer, don't worry. Your printout should be accompanied by a new order form (or order form bag), which should include the information for the "correct" store.

What does the photo employee need to do with my printout?

For stores that use a 3-part DVD order form:

1. Using a new form, fill out the Store Information and Customer Information at the top.
2. Skip the Order Information section, since you have already filled this out. Mark the checkbox for online orders, if applicable.
3. Include your signature at the bottom.
4. Insert media, printed form, and top copy of 3-part form into clear bag seal.
5. Prepare the shipment with other YesVideo orders.

For stores that use a DVD order form bag:

1. Using a new order form bag, fill out the Store Information and Customer Information at the top.
2. Skip the Order Information section, since you have already filled this out. Mark the checkbox for online orders, if applicable.
3. Include your signature at the bottom.
4. Insert media and printed form into the order form bag and seal.
5. Prepare the shipment with other YesVideo orders.

What if the photo employee doesn't know what to do with this form?
This is still a new process and we're working on getting all of the store employees trained, so please be patient if they're not completely up-to-date. The store employee should call us with their questions at 1-877-817-5375.

Will I have to fill out another form at the store?
You only have to fill out the Store Information and Customer Information at the top and include your signature at the bottom. Your printout already contains all order information, so no need to fill this out again!
